STRIPES ON NAVY X WHITE

KEEPING IT COOL AND CASUAL WITH
GAP

The weather nowadays is very unpredictable, sometimes the heat isn't tolerable and sometimes we got soaked by the raindrops falling straight from the clouds so I came up with this look, a very casual one but fits the tropic breeze around the Metro. A PETROL checkered long-sleeves top from Metro Alabang and a less than knee-length trousers I got from LCC WalterMart in Paranaque.

The highlight of this look for me is the jacket from GAP. It has this striped details colored navy blue and white. It is very comfortable to wear even when you just want to go out in the middle of the night and try to sneak out haha kidding! The printed-ish top and the striped jacket on this look made the statement . What do you think?

So there, Thanks for having time reading what's behind this look. This outfit post was kinda delayed cause last week was totally full packed of inevitable incidents. SORRY GUYS!

CHECKS ON BLUE

    -THE INNUMERABLE SHADES OF BLUE-

It was an ordinary day, woke up to my closet and just thought of what to wear. I got to see this checkered polo that I haven't used for almost a year LOL (the reason why I had to fold the sleeves)
I paired it with a plain white tee and a pants from OXYGEN in Metro Alabang.

To accessorize the look, I used my all time favorite GUCCI watch from Japan, KENNEDY Sunnies from Sunnies Studios (just earned it in one of their giveaways) HAPPY #SUNNIES100, cap from SM ACCESSORIES in Harrison Plaza.

The light aura really made the statement. What do you guys think about this look?

Another outfit post within the week. Please don't miss it!

My Bittersweet Denouement

Au Revoir Le-Sil! I have learned and experienced so much all throughout the year. From being the Student Council President to Class President, to PSAP ALAM and Quiz Bee Participant, to a consistent Honor Student and Team Leader ughhh C'est la vie! These things made me become who I am today. The struggles and hurdles are always there. It's inevitable ayt. I am really grateful that providence beyond miracles happened this 2014 (lol as if I never expected this to happen) Guess what? I GRADUATED FROM HIGH SCHOOL YAYYY!!!

NAILED IT!
I am going to start this blog with a quote from Rose Kennedy, "It has not been said, 'time heal all wounds.' I do not agree. The wounds remain. In time, the mind, protecting its sanity, covers them with scar tissue and the pain lessens. But it is never gone."

My 4th year life was not easy. My relationship with my classmates and some of the teachers weren't that good. I came in to the point that I wanted to transfer school. Tears were shed but it didn't signify weakness perhaps it signified bravery for being strong for too long. I tried to change myself but it didn't work out. I tried to stoop down and fit in but again, it didn't work out. I tried doing unusual things, I even laughed with their not-so-funny jokes just to meet that camaraderie that they were saying that I can say never existed.

Then one day, I realized something. Something that's worth the risk. I finally got my chance to speak up. I'm still clueless if it happened for a reason but if yes, thank you! I've made up my mind and finally cleared these negative thoughts of mine (AT LAST!). From then, I became a man who doesn't give a f*ck at all. I was totally enlightened because after suffering from almost 8 months of depression, I was able to say the things I needed to say to them. It sounded threatening and they felt threatened. I meant every word I said. I don't want to elaborate anymore 'cause they've caused me so much pain but I still have words for them, Thank you for the experience! I'll never forget you.

These bittersweet memories will just turn out to be a page of the history.

The Cheerdance '12 (Juniors Elite)

The intramurals of SSI was highlighted by the cheerdance competition which the 4 levels (Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors) will compete for the entitlement of being the year's Champion in the said competition. It was an intense and a breathtaking fight between all the levels because the students are all using their skills and abilities to make everything perfect. The juniors, which I am a part of.We didn't get what we want but at least, we gave our best and proved them that we, the juniors are not just competing for fun and for just exposures we compete because we want this and we want to be considered as one of the best.Though all of us are having difficulties of attending daily practices just for the said event, we still pushed ourselves because we know that we can and we are the chosen ones to fight for the battle.Congratulations Seniors for being the Champion! It's a tough battle yet an awesome one.Thank You! AimHighSSI

Acknowldegements:
To Ms.Sha - who's always there for the juniors and serves as our mentor all the time during our rehearsals and training thank you so much and we love you!
To all the Gr.9 advisers- who's there proctoring us and helped us in gathering all the cheerdancers everytime that there will be meetings or whatsoever! Thank you!
To all the juniors out there- who gave us moral support and wisdoms.Thank you!

'Til we see again soon!

WE ARE JUNIORS!

Dance like you never danced before, cheer like no one is watching, and stunt like the world is watching you, because it seems like the whole world is on your hands!

Cheerleading makes people think differently... suddenly a liberty isn't just a statue in NY, pyramids aren't something you find in Egypt, and jumps are more than just a game of leap frog.

Trust yourself that you can do everything.Let Go, and Let GOD

Cheerleading is life, you must give it your all, and always strive to be on top. It teaches you so much, from how to be a team player, leadership, dedication, confidence, and many other qualities.

Cheerleading is great way to meet new people and to keep in shape! Keep on rockin'! I'll miss this.
By the way next time, if someone tells you that cheerleading is easy, tell them to do your routine and then get back to you. #JUNIORSELITE #Stallions

The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don't play together, the club won't be worth a dime. Good Vibes. JUNIORS ELITE!
Enjoy watching our very own piece (S.Y. 2012-2013)
